Ingredients:
8
to 10 Big Carrots grated
1
can condensed milk
Few
broken pieces of cashews
Few
pieces of Raisins
Milk
as needed
3
tbsp butter
Method:
Turn
on the instant pot in sauté mode and add the butter. Once the butter is melted,
fry the cashews and raisins and place it separately. Then in the same left-over
butter, add the grated carrots and sauté till the raw flavor goes away. Now add
milk till the carrots are soaked completely. Also add the condensed milk along
with this and mix it. Now close the lid of the instant pot and pressure cook
this for 8 mins. Once done, release the pressure and turn on the sauté mode
again until the liquid content evaporates and stir it once a while as needed.
Once the sauté mode is done, add the fried cashews and raisins and mix it well.
Carrot Halwa is ready to be served.
